Shipping

We ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note some products may have shipping restrictions, especially for international orders.

Shipping rates are weight-based and determined by the shipping provider you choose at checkout. Each product’s weight is listed on its detail page.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and item availability. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.

Returns

We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you received an incorrect or defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Contact us with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return. We’ll respond quickly with return instructions.

Most refunds are processed within four weeks of shipping your return, but often much sooner. This includes transit time (5–10 business days), return processing (3–5 business days), and bank processing (5–10 business days).

If your return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
